The intelligent nesting workstation consists of two sets of one-to-two NCL200S and a complete set of gantry robotic arms for unloading. It can process up to 40 feet of plate and meet customers' needs for plates of various sizes: this combination supports rectangular, special-shaped and small parts processing. The gantry robotic arms realize fully automatic unloading and stacking. Operators do not need to pick up the plates manually, which significantly reduces labor intensity and makes production smarter. The configured central control software integrates program import, analysis and distribution. From plate loading, precise cutting to automatic stacking, the entire process is efficient and smooth, truly realizing the intelligent upgrade of the cutting process. When the robotic arm accurately grabs the last finished product, the efficiency up to 30%.
